These Terms of Use regulate the use of the website and the psychological appointment services offered by ANDREA CRUZ Psychologist registered with the Regional Council of Psychology under number CRP 06\/117121, working online, in accordance with current regulations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1.1 These Terms set out the conditions for using the site, scheduling sessions, cancellations, refunds, the obligations of the parties and aspects of security and privacy.<\/p>

2.1. The services offered are exclusively for the provision of psychology services and follow the rules of the Psychologist's Code of Professional Ethics, as well as CFP Resolution No. 011\/2018, Law No. 13,709\/2018 (LGPD), Law No. 14,510\/2022 (Telehealth) and other applicable legislation.<\/p>

2.2 The sessions are individual, confidential and non-transferable, respecting the principles of professional ethics and confidentiality.<\/p>

2.3 This service is not intended for urgent or emergency care. In the event of a suicidal crisis, contact CVV on 188 or seek emergency assistance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.1 To book a session, the Patient must provide personal data such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and time preferences. No sensitive data will be collected on the website, only in the clinical context of the consultation.<\/p>

3.2 Bookings will only be considered confirmed once the session has been paid for.<\/p>

3.3 Access to the videoconferencing platform and other instructions will be sent by e-mail after payment has been confirmed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. AMOUNTS, PAYMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4.1. The price of the session will be informed in advance at the time of booking.<\/p>

4.2. Payment can be made by PIX, bank transfer and\/or payment link.<\/p>

4.3 In the event of cancellation up to 24 hours in advance, <\/b>the amount paid will be refunded in full or may be converted into credit for a new booking.<\/p>

4.4 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours in advance<\/b> or non-attendance at the sitting<\/b> without prior notice will not entitle you to a refund.<\/p>

4.5 Refunds will be made within 7 working days of the request, minus any transaction costs, if any.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Patient undertakes to:<\/p>

Provide correct and up-to-date contact and appointment details;<\/p>

Use suitable equipment and a stable connection for online sessions;<\/p>

Attend appointments on time;<\/p>

Give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. THE PROFESSIONAL'S OBLIGATIONS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The professional undertakes to:<\/p>

Provide services in accordance with the ethical and scientific principles of psychology;<\/p>

Guarantee the confidentiality of the information shared;<\/p>

Keep documentary records of the service as required by the CFP;<\/p>

Provide a receipt or invoice if requested.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. DATA PROTECTION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7.1. The data provided will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purposes of booking, communication and issuing receipts.<\/p>

7.2 Psychological records will be kept confidential for at least 5 years, in accordance with the resolutions of the Federal Council of Psychology.<\/p>

7.3 You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, as provided for in the LGPD.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8.1. The professional will not be held responsible for connection failures, the use of inappropriate devices or the patient's absence from sessions.<\/p>

8.2 The services provided are of a psychotherapeutic nature and do not constitute legal, financial or medical counselling.<\/p>

OBJETO 1.1. Este Termo estabelece as condi\u00e7\u00f5es para uso do site, agendamento de sess\u00f5es, cancelamentos, reembolsos, obriga\u00e7\u00f5es das partes e aspectos de seguran\u00e7a e privacidade. 1.2. Os atendimentos oferecidos destinam-se exclusivamente \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os em psicologia e seguem as normas do C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica Profissional do Psic\u00f3logo, al\u00e9m da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CFP n\u00ba 011\/2018, Lei n\u00ba 13.709\/2018 (LGPD), Lei n\u00ba 14.510\/2022 (Telessa\u00fade) e demais legisla\u00e7\u00f5es aplic\u00e1veis. 2.2. As sess\u00f5es s\u00e3o individuais, sigilosas e intransfer\u00edveis, respeitando os princ\u00edpios da \u00e9tica profissional e da confidencialidade. 2.3. Este servi\u00e7o n\u00e3o se destina a atendimentos de urg\u00eancia ou emerg\u00eancia. Em caso de crise suicida, entre em contato com o CVV pelo n\u00famero 188 ou procure atendimento emergencial. 3. CADASTRO E AGENDAMENTO 3.1. Para agendar uma sess\u00e3o, o Paciente deve fornecer dados pessoais como nome, e-mail, telefone e prefer\u00eancias de hor\u00e1rio. Nenhum dado sens\u00edvel ser\u00e1 coletado no site, apenas no contexto cl\u00ednico da consulta. 3.2. O agendamento ser\u00e1 considerado confirmado apenas ap\u00f3s o pagamento da sess\u00e3o. 3.3. O acesso \u00e0 plataforma de videoconfer\u00eancia e demais instru\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o enviadas por e-mail ap\u00f3s confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento. 4. VALORES, PAGAMENTO E REEMBOLSO 4.1. O valor da sess\u00e3o ser\u00e1 informado previamente no momento do agendamento. 4.2. O pagamento poder\u00e1 ser feito por meio de PIX, transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria, e\/ou link de pagamento. 4.3. Em caso de cancelamento com at\u00e9 24 horas de anteced\u00eancia, o valor pago ser\u00e1 reembolsado integralmente ou poder\u00e1 ser convertido em cr\u00e9dito para novo agendamento. 4.4. Cancelamentos feitos com menos de 24 horas de anteced\u00eancia ou n\u00e3o comparecimento na sess\u00e3o sem aviso pr\u00e9vio n\u00e3o dar\u00e3o direito a reembolso. 4.5. Reembolsos ser\u00e3o realizados no prazo de at\u00e9 7 dias \u00fateis ap\u00f3s a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, descontados eventuais custos de transa\u00e7\u00e3o, se houver. 5. OBRIGA\u00c7\u00d5ES DO PACIENTE O Paciente se compromete a: Fornecer dados corretos e atualizados para contato e agendamento; Utilizar equipamentos adequados e conex\u00e3o est\u00e1vel para sess\u00f5es online; Comparecer aos atendimentos pontualmente; Avisar com anteced\u00eancia m\u00ednima de 24 horas em caso de necessidade de cancelamento ou reagendamento. 6. OBRIGA\u00c7\u00d5ES DA PROFISSIONAL A profissional se compromete a: Prestar os servi\u00e7os de acordo com os princ\u00edpios \u00e9ticos e cient\u00edficos da Psicologia; Garantir a confidencialidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es compartilhadas; Manter registro documental do atendimento conforme exigido pelo CFP; Disponibilizar recibo ou nota fiscal, se solicitado. 7. PROTE\u00c7\u00c3O DE DADOS 7.1. Os dados fornecidos ser\u00e3o tratados de forma confidencial, utilizados exclusivamente para fins de agendamento, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e emiss\u00e3o de recibos. 7.2. O prontu\u00e1rio psicol\u00f3gico ser\u00e1 mantido em sigilo por prazo m\u00ednimo de 5 anos, conforme as resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho Federal de Psicologia. 7.3. Voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 solicitar acesso, corre\u00e7\u00e3o ou exclus\u00e3o dos seus dados, conforme previsto na LGPD. 8. LIMITA\u00c7\u00d5ES E RESPONSABILIDADES 8.1. A profissional n\u00e3o se responsabiliza por falhas de conex\u00e3o, uso de dispositivos inadequados ou aus\u00eancia do paciente nas sess\u00f5es. 8.2. Os atendimentos t\u00eam car\u00e1ter psicoterap\u00eautico, n\u00e3o configurando aconselhamento jur\u00eddico, financeiro ou m\u00e9dico. 8.3. A ades\u00e3o a este servi\u00e7o implica na ci\u00eancia de que o atendimento psicol\u00f3gico \u00e9 um processo e n\u00e3o garante resultados imediatos. 9.
