Understanding what you feel, learning about yourself and act consciously
Understanding
You may feel that you think too much or that you feel too much.
Sometimes the body reacts before the mind realises. At other times, the head doesn't switch off and rest doesn't come.
In therapy, we start by observing this tangle: what you feel, think and do, and how it all connects.
To understand is to stop blaming yourself for "be like this" and begin to understand "why is that" and what could change.
Psychoeducation
Know as the working mind changes everything.
In psychoeducation, you learn to recognise patterns, how thoughts distort perceptions, how emotions influence decisions, and how behaviour can reinforce the cycle.
Here, knowledge is not theoretical: it's practical! You understand what keeps suffering going and discover what can stop it.
Apply
The change takes place outside the session.
Small experiments in everyday life help to put into practice what you discover in therapy.
This could mean talking differently, reacting more calmly or simply realising before repeating the same pattern.
Applying it means turning insight into action and starting to live more lightly and consciously.
