TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - CUSTOMER/USER

Welcome. These Terms of Use regulate the use of the website and the psychological appointment services offered by ANDREA CRUZ Psychologist registered with the Regional Council of Psychology under number CRP 06/117121, working online, in accordance with current regulations.
1. OBJECT
1.1 These Terms set out the conditions for using the site, scheduling sessions, cancellations, refunds, the obligations of the parties and aspects of security and privacy.
1.2 By using this website and/or making an appointment, the Patient declares to have read, understood and accepted all the clauses below.
2. ATTENDANCE
2.1. The services offered are exclusively for the provision of psychology services and follow the rules of the Psychologist's Code of Professional Ethics, as well as CFP Resolution No. 011/2018, Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), Law No. 14,510/2022 (Telehealth) and other applicable legislation.
2.2 The sessions are individual, confidential and non-transferable, respecting the principles of professional ethics and confidentiality.
2.3 This service is not intended for urgent or emergency care. In the event of a suicidal crisis, contact CVV on 188 or seek emergency assistance.
3. REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULING
3.1 To book a session, the Patient must provide personal data such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and time preferences. No sensitive data will be collected on the website, only in the clinical context of the consultation.
3.2 Bookings will only be considered confirmed once the session has been paid for.
3.3 Access to the videoconferencing platform and other instructions will be sent by e-mail after payment has been confirmed.
4. AMOUNTS, PAYMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT
4.1. The price of the session will be informed in advance at the time of booking.
4.2. Payment can be made by [specify: PIX, bank transfer, payment link, etc.].
4.3 In the event of cancellation up to 24 hours in advance, the amount paid will be refunded in full or may be converted into credit for a new booking.
4.4 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours in advance or non-attendance at the sitting without prior notice will not entitle you to a refund.
4.5 Refunds will be made within 7 working days of the request, minus any transaction costs, if any.
5. PATIENT OBLIGATIONS
The Patient undertakes to:
Provide correct and up-to-date contact and appointment details;
Use suitable equipment and a stable connection for online sessions;
Attend appointments on time;
Give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
6. THE PROFESSIONAL'S OBLIGATIONS
The professional undertakes to:
Provide services in accordance with the ethical and scientific principles of psychology;
Guarantee the confidentiality of the information shared;
Keep documentary records of the service as required by the CFP;
Provide a receipt or invoice if requested.
7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1. The data provided will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purposes of booking, communication and issuing receipts.
7.2 Psychological records will be kept confidential for at least 5 years, in accordance with the resolutions of the Federal Council of Psychology.
7.3 You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, as provided for in the LGPD.
8. LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. The professional will not be held responsible for connection failures, the use of inappropriate devices or the patient's absence from sessions.
8.2 The services provided are of a psychotherapeutic nature and do not constitute legal, financial or medical counselling.
8.3 Adherence to this service implies the knowledge that psychological counselling is a process and does not guarantee immediate results.
