I'm Andrea Cruz, a clinical psychologist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My proposal is to offer a structured and welcoming space, where you are the centre of the process and each meeting has an objective: understand what is happening, identify patterns that no longer work and create practical strategies for change.
I believe that therapy is a working in partnership (you bring your life experience, I bring the method and evidence-based tools). This combination allows us to move forward consistently, always with respect your rhythm and your needs.
I work with people who are looking for understand yourself better themselves, deal with challenging situations and make decisions more consciously. The focus is not just on relieving symptoms, but on developing skills to stay with you outside of the sessions, so that you feel better prepared to deal with whatever life throws at you.
Choosing a counsellor is choosing someone to walk beside you at important moments. My commitment is that this journey is conducted with transparency, technique and humanity.
